I make these glass snowflakes in my home studio - I have a kiln in my garage and a workspace just off of the garage. I start by fusing crushed glass (casting) in a ceramic snowflake mold at approximately 1440 degrees. The end result is these beautiful medium-sized glass snowflakes!
