Small Green Fused Glass Dish – Mint and Forest Green Decorative Tray

This small fused glass dish showcases a harmonious blend of mint and forest green hues, creating a soothing, nature-inspired aesthetic. The streaky patterns evoke images of tranquil forests and gentle sea waves, making it a unique addition to any space.

Crafted in my home studio in Dunedin, Florida, I selected a distinctive sheet of streaky green glass, carefully cut it to size, and subjected it to a full fuse firing at approximately 1480°F. After achieving the desired fusion, I returned the piece to the kiln for a slump firing at around 1180°F, giving it its elegant, curved form. The entire process spans over two days, ensuring each piece's uniqueness.

This versatile dish is perfect for holding rings, jewelry, tea bags, or simply serving as a decorative accent. Its compact size makes it suitable for various settings, from bedside tables to office desks.
